hi today in room 5 in maths we are figureing out maths prblems in our books ,group two and group three are learning about comprehention, comprehention is taking of a litle or adding a little to make a tidy ten it might look a bit like this
7 times 43=? so we know that 40 is a tidy ten and it equals 280
7 times 40=280
7 times 3=21
280+21=? 21 20 1
280+20=300
300+1=301
